TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

To be accepted as our customer you must be at least 18 years of age.

By giving us an order you accept the terms and conditions of sale and that your personal data

are entered in Gremo AB´s customer file.

PERSONAL DATA

The personal data you submit together with your order will be used by us exclusively for

handling your orders and for sending special offers and newsletters. We will not pass on nor sell your personal data to third parties.

You are entitled to claim in writing that your personal data are adjusted or deleted.

PAYMENT

You pay your goods by transfer to our bank or postal account stating your name,

telephone number, order number and amount.

NOTE! If payment is made by transfer to our bank or postal account, the goods

are despatched only after payment has been registered on our account.

In case of payment by transfer to our bank or postal account the goods are put aside for three (3) days (from date of order) while waiting for payment. After these three days the order is

cancelled, if payment has not been effected.

Our accounts are as follows:

  • Bank Giro: 5450-1259

 

If you already are customer of ours, you can choose to pay against invoice. The invoice is sent together with the goods. Terms of payment 10 days. If payment has not been made in time, you will be charged with a fine of SEK 50 as well as penalty interest on arrears, at present 12 percent per annum.

PRICES

All prices are in EUR (excl. VAT). We reserve the right for errors in writing and price amendments.

FREIGHT AND DESPATCH CHARGE

Additional charge for freight and despatch €13.

RETURN GOODS

According to law you have for a period of 14 days the right of withdrawal from the purchase.

This period begins with the receipt of the goods.

 

The goods has to be returned in original packing with all labels left in place and distinctly marked with your name, address and telephone number.

The goods has to be in its original state to justify the withdrawal of the order.

We will not accept any goods that apparently has been used.

If you want to change to another size, the replacement is sent free of charge. You as the buyer

pay only for the return postage. In case you have received damaged or wrong goods, advise this as soon as possible, but with 14 days notice at the latest.

Return postage and original freight/COD are at customer´s charge.

Always contact Gremo by e-mail info@gremo.se before you return the goods.

COMPLAINTS

If you notice that the goods is damaged, send us as soon as possible an e-mail to info@gremo.se. We will then take care of the matter.

NOTE! Damaged packing will not be accepted as a justification for a complaint.

COLOURS AND SHADES

The colours displayed on this site can be perceived as deceptive. This is owing to the fact

that not all computers have the same colour setting.

DELIVERIES

Errors owing to wrong address information supplied by you are at your responsibility..

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
